If there is a need to check in during the week, this request can be done, but the payment must be made from the previous weekend. Rates are valid from 7th September 2024 until 30th August 2025 but are not guaranteed and are subject to change. Minimum stay 4 weeks. Minimum age 18. Stays must begin and end on Saturday or Sunday. A per-person refundable deposit will apply. A non-refundable booking fee of 25 per person applies as well as a security deposit refundable to be paid before move-in date. Cancellation, postponement or curtailment of stay received less than 4 weeks prior to arrival will incur a cancellation charge of 4 weeks plus booking fee. No refund for curtailment of stay after arrival or no show. Change fee for bookings already confirmed, 25 per change. Images are representative. Proof of student status will be required. This accommodation is a modern hall of residence in a great location, a short travelling distance to Manchester city centre. The residence offers apartments with single bedrooms, en-suite bathrooms, 34 double bed, wardrobe, desk/chair and shelving. The en-suite bathrooms contain a WC, handbasin and shower. The shared kitchen is fully equipped with tableware and cookware and includes a washing machine. Each apartment has a lounge area.
