Please note: A non-refundable booking fee of 25 per person applies as well as a security deposit (refundable) to be paid in advance of the move-in date. The rent is paid by installments, not monthly. Rates are valid from 14 September 2024 until 6 September 2025 but are not guaranteed and are subject to change. Minimum stay 4weeks. Minimum age 18. Stays must begin and end on Saturday or Sunday. A per-person refundable deposit applies. Cancellation, postponement or curtailment of stay received less than 4 weeks prior to arrival will incur a cancellation charge of 4 weeks plus booking fee. No refund for curtailment of stay after arrival or no show. Change fee for bookings already confirmed, 25 per change. Images are representative. Proof of student status will be required.
