The spacious main living area sits on the other side of the apartment, with a comfy sofa bed and TV, perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring. There is also a work desk and a dining table for four if guests fancy dining in. The kitchen leads off from the living area and comes equipped with all the cooking essentials you'll need, such as an electric stove, an oven and a toaster. In the bedroom, you'll find a well-lit room containing a king-size bed and an ensuite. The bed will be fitted with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure you sleep comfortably. The two bathrooms have all the necessary amenities, such as a bathtub with an attached shower, a toilet, and a sink. Clean towels and complimentary toiletries will also be supplied for your convenience. The home is always professionally cleaned and strategically sanitized for your safety. Enjoy your stay! Guest access Guests will have access to the entire home! Other things to note The property is on the lower ground floor via stairs only. This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM). Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee. We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
