The ground floor living area boasts a large flat-screen Smart TV and fast WiFi. The sofa can be converted into a bed to accommodate two additional guests (please inform us in advance for preparation). Accessible via rear doors in the kitchen, the private garden offers a delightful outdoor space. On the first floor, discover the unique personality of each bedroom one single and two doubles (one with an ensuite shower). All rooms provide ample space for personal belongings, with fresh linens, towels, and toiletries supplied. A standout feature of the property is the view of Anfield Stadium right outside the home and from the garden, offering an easy view for fireworks! Additionally, two free parking spaces, suitable for two 4x4s, add to the convenience. Other Things to Note: The home spans two floors (ground and first floor) accessible only by stairs. This is a self-check-in property, and identity verification is required before checking in. You can check in any time of the day, respecting our standard check-in time. There is a £50 charge for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). For security reasons, additional costs may apply for lock replacement, so please keep your keys secure. Strict no-smoking policy in the property. Evidence of breach may result in a minimum £300 smoking fee. Parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests are not allowed. Evidence of such activities may lead to the cancellation of your stay (without a refund), and a security team may be engaged for eviction.
