Other things to note This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM). Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee. We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required). Buzzy nightlife along Rye Lane includes the famous Peckhamplex cinema and Frank's rooftop bar, Bussey Buildings and The Peckham Levels. Green open spaces of Peckham Rye common and Goose Green are within walking distance. Dulwich Village and Dulwich Park are walkable (within half an hour). Getting around It's incredibly well-connected! Peckham Rye train station (10 mins walk) has train lines into: Victoria (for Victoria, District and Circle lines), London Bridge (for Jubilee and Northern lines and connections to Gatwick), Thameslink to Blackfriars, Farringdon, King's Cross, Luton Airport and Overground services to Clapham or Dalston and East London.
