This allows you to see who is at the door before you allow them access to the building. You benefit from onsite communal laundry, a guest room which can be booked for up to 3 consecutive days and a resident mobile hairdresser. There are communal facilities available for residents use which include kitchen, seating areas, bathroom, television area and lounge; where social activities can be held. The scheme is within easy access to local amenities such as doctor's surgeries, newsagents, shops and supermarket. Blackburn Town Centre is less than two miles away, offering a wealth of amenities including the popular indoor market, The Mall shopping centre and multiple eateries and leisure activities. We currently have one bedroom property on the ground floor. Please be aware, despite there being lift access to upper floors, residents must still have the mobility to be able to leave the building via the stairwells in the event of an emergency.
