Outside space - there is a small shingle area immediately adjacent to the front door which is west facing and affords wonderful sunset views over the river. Information from the owner in relation to flood risk: Very rare tidal surges cause minor flooding at quay level (well notified in advance by the Environmental Agency via text and email) the house is protected from these surges by a defence barrier which is easily deployed by slotting into place. This has not effected any mortgage being provided, partly due to the comprehensive buildings insurance provided via The Old Granary Woodbridge Limited.
