Off the back off the lounge is the staircase to the first floor accommodation and there is also a door leading to the snug and the kitchen / dining room. Through a single door we enter into the Snug. Again what you decide to use this room for is entirely up to you. Presently, it's a music room but it could be an office space or second TV room, even a children's play room! Two frosted glass panelled doors help separate this space rom the kitchen / diner, but if you wanted the party to spill out further into the home, open these doors to create a huge social area, prime for entertaining. Now as far as kitchen/ diners go, this one is magical. With so many luxuries you could just stay in the kitchen every day! Tiled floors and oak worktops with light decor, the room is fabulously modern but yet rustic at the same time. The smallest of the three bedrooms to the left, faces out over the front of the house, the room may be the smallest but by no means tiny. It's fitted with plush carpets and is brightly lit by the window which looks out over the front. Thanks to that turned staircase you don't lose any space in here to the bulkhead, a small luxury lost in some modern houses. The next room along is the main bedroom. With space for a large double bed and some drawers, your wardrobe needs are already met with the large built in wardrobe space!
