The own kitchen in the apartment offers you the flexibility to cook your own meals when ever you want. Wifi speed is up to 100 mbit download and you can enjoy the fire stick on the Smart TV. The entire apartment is only for you, none of the rooms are shared. There are two neighbours (left and right) but you don't hear them. If you have any additional wishes, just text us, maybe we can add some other furnitures. In the courtyard downstairs there is a table and a bank to sit outside. It's shared with the whole building. PARKING While the apartment doesn't include a parking lot, there is a parking garage (BOE Ludo-Hartmann-Platz) 2 walking minutes away. GETTING AROUND With the very good connection to public transport (U6 Thaliastrasse is just 2 walk minutes away, as well as the tram line # 46), it's super easy to get around the city quickly. Tram line # 2 connects you to the city centre as well and to the University of Vienna and Technical University. At Brunnenmarkt, a popular market just down the street, you can buy fresh food daily.
