There are just 4 flats in total in our building. We currently have available Flat 3 which is on the second floor. Total rent for this flat is £740.00 per month paid monthly in advance by bank transfer. A security deposit of £850.00 (total for the flat) is also required to be paid in advance and this will be protected within a UK Government deposit holding scheme. Total advance payments needed to move into this flat are therefore £1590.00. Unlimited wireless broadband is included within the rent but utility bills for gas, water, electricity, and council tax are not included and tenants will be responsible for paying their own bills in addition to the rent. This flat is in Band A for Council tax which is approximately £165 per month at the full rate. Discounted rates may be available for students or single occupancy by request to Liverpool City Council. Tenancies are for a minimum 6 month term. Tenancy extensions after the initial term are usually possible by agreement.
