The property is very close to the A46 for good road links, with the A1 South less than 10 minutes away at Newark, or if northbound, it is about half an hour's drive to pick it up at Markham Moor. Further options are the grammar schools in Sleaford, about 19 miles to the southeast, Carre's Grammar School, and Kesteven & Sleaford High School (for Girls), both rated Good.
