OFFICE SPACE A small office space with a desk and chair is located between the living room and the bedroom. Hotel-quality linen, towels and bathroom essentials are all provided, as are a hairdryer and an iron. An extensive area guide is provided, and we are available 24/7. Check-in Information: An employee will welcome you to the property, give you a tour, and provide keys. Late Check-in Fees (Due in cash upon arrival) 9 PM to 12 AM: £20 After 12 AM: £40 In addition, a £20 fee will be due if you arrive 2 hours after the agreed check-in time. Other things to note Please be advised that the adjacent building is currently undergoing construction activities with scaffolding in place. The construction work is scheduled for weekdays from 9 AM to 5 PM and is anticipated to persist for 3-4 weeks. Please be aware that there may be audible noise during your stay, and we extend our sincere apologies for any inconvenience this may cause. Please note the property is fitted with a noise-detection device to minimise the risk of unwanted disruption to neighbours. This property has an attractive price (lower than the market average) because it's for sale. Guests will need to allow access for viewings, but we'll keep the disruptions to a minimum.
