Please note that there is no parking available with this property. We are unable to allow pets or children to reside here. Applicants are required to have a minimum household income of £22,080, and to be able to provide satisfactory landlord and employment references. A credit check will also be completed. 1 month's rent is payable in advance. We will give you a breakdown of the initial rent monies that you need to pay in order to start your tenancy. Should your tenancy commence on or following the 15th of the month, you will be required to pay the remainder of that month in addition to the following month's rent. In order to remove the property from the market a holding fee of 1 week's rent (£169.85) is payable and charged at the time of application.
