If the surrender is in the first 4 months of your tenancy, the fee is £1000 +VAT if applicable. If after the first 4 months of your tenancy, the fee is £400+VAT if applicable. * If we end up arranging a third party contractor to fix something in your flat which is a your responsibility (as outlined in the contract), we may need to charge you their call out fee (if they have one).
