You must be aged 60+ to be considered for this Retirement Living accommodation. It is in a scheme and has a communal lounge with a pool table, darts board and they hold coffee mornings and other celebratory functions throughout the year. It has a laundry room for your use. There is a Retirement Living officer at the scheme 5 days a week and an emergency call system for evening and weekends. You can have visitors. No pets allowed unless caged or in a tank. There are amenities directly outside the scheme. There is a Coop, post office, fish and chip shop and other small shops. The bus stop is directly outside for access to the city centre. The tenancy will be a starter tenancy for the 1st 12 months with 3 planned visits. 1st visit within 4 weeks and then and 6 months and the 3rd visit at 9 months. Providing there has not been any breaches in your tenancy it will convert to a life time tenancy at 12 months. You will be required to provide proof of Right to Rent documents i.e.. Passport, Driving License, Birth Certificate and also evidence all your income.
