We have a one-bedroom first floor flat for rent in our independent living scheme for people aged 55 years and over. There are 35 self-contained flats in total, each with a bedroom, living room, kitchen and bathroom. You will also find a communal lounge and kitchen, as well as laundry facilities. The building has a lift, disabled access and a secure door entry system. There are communal gardens, a car park for residents and a scooter store with a communal scooter available for use by residents. There are also excellent guest facilities. Steeple Leas is staffed by a Scheme Manager five days a week (Monday - Friday). The Scheme Manager will maintain contact with customers throughout the week to check on their wellbeing. At the weekend and out of hours, customers can contact our 24 hour emergency response service via our Customer Wellbeing team. The Scheme Manager's role is to enable customers to maintain full and independent lives in their own homes. They can help to signpost customers to the appropriate services for care and assistance.
