When I was living alone, I often questioned what to do with the spacious spare room; make it into an office, use it as a storage room or rent it out? Over the last 10 years, I have done all three. My first roommate lived with me for nearly 4 years and we turned into the best of friends. Having the spare room during lockdown made it so much easier to work from home.For me, each space has a unique set of special attributes. As you can see from the pictures the very spacious master bedroom has space for a desk, a king-size bed, a giant closet, and a 65-inch television and you still have ample space to walk around! Another one of my favourite places is the living room, where the dual-aspect windows are simply gorgeous on weekend mornings when you wake up to the sun streaming into the room. Over the years, I have maintained the property and have made home improvements along the way. When I first moved in, the living room, hallway, and kitchen all had carpeting, and the kitchen had lino. Changing this to wooden flooring throughout the living room/kitchen and hallway gave the room such a boost and made the room feel so much bigger and brighter.I have had many happy memories here and wish the new buyer just as many.
