Several rooms at this student residence will come available from April onwards. Thames Wharf North is a modern purpose built student accommodation block with up to 45 rooms over four floors. There is a lift and two staircases to all floors. Some rooms have slightly different designs but they all have similar facilities. All rooms are priced at £799 per month including all bills (heat, light, power, water, Wifi, free use of washing facilities). Every room is furnished with bed, mattress, bedside table, desk, chair, notice board and curtains.
