Location: Just around the corner from the Danube and a beautiful park, this apartment has a very good location. Centrally located, it offers both the peace of a quiet street and the accessibility of a city center. The heart of Budapest is only 10 minutes away by foot, and tram and bus stations with good connectivity are right outside the building. Various shops, cafes, and restaurants can be found around the apartment. Important information: Utility costs are house fees included in the rent prices up until the average consumption defined by the Hungarian Law; which is 144 m3 gas and 210 kWh electricity per month. The tenant shall pay the cost of the extra consumption based on the monthly bills that we receive after each completed calendar month. For less than 6 months of rental, we usually do not request a security deposit. In other cases, the deposit equals 1 month of the rental fee.
