Rent is £167.34 which includes the service charge but does NOT include any bills related to the property. The Property is READY TO LET IMMEDIATELY so we are looking for an applicant able to move quickly and we would be happy to allow the first 2 weeks rent free for the successful applicant. The property is UNFURNISHED and we do not provide carpets or white goods. These are all the responsibility of the successful applicant. However, as an incentive, we will provide carpeting to one room of your choice, a generous decorating pack (paint only - not wallpaper) and 2 weeks rent free.
