Having a private, off-street parking space is a great perk as it can be hard to find a space this close to the station otherwise.As a runner, living near various parks was important, and here I have Park Hill (5 minutes walk away), and Lloyd Park (15 minutes walk away). I will miss being so close to all the bars, restaurants and cafes down South Croydon High Street. Almost every cuisine and vibe is available on the walk from here to Croydon town.
