Please note that the property serves as the main residence for most of the year, and therefore, there may be limited storage space available. Other important information: A £30 late check-in fee is applicable between 10 PM and 12 AM, and £50 between 12 AM and 7 AM. For additional cleans or linens during your stay (for a fee), please contact us. Unfortunately, the place is not suitable for children. Guests are welcome to water the plants on the lovely balcony. There is no buzzer at the flat; you need to go downstairs to open the door. Strict no-smoking policy; evidence of breach may result in a minimum £300 smoking fee. Parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests are not allowed. Violations may lead to stay cancellation (without refund), potential involvement of a security team for eviction, and associated costs deducted from the security deposit.
