We clean the communal areas, including the kitchen weekly (included in the rent) WiFi and hard wired internet available, On site off road parking, and bike storage, all covered by CCTV. We are keeping The Lodge for post grad/masters/mature students only. It is in a quiet location in Haborne with the back drop of the golf course, but still within easy access of the centre of Birmingham.
