The flat is professionally cleaned between stays, with hotel quality linen and towels provided as well as toiletries. The flat is located on the ground floor of an apartment block. There is an open plan kitchen and living area with a sofa and a TV. The kitchen is fully equipped too. Excellent access to the M3, M25 and M4 motorway. The railway station is a 10-minute walk which will take you direct into Waterloo the heart of London. Richmond and Hampton are also a short train ride. Buses to Heathrow (LHR) and Kempton Park Racecourse are also a 5-minute walk. Other Features It is a comfortable spacious King size bed that sleeps two. It comes with plenty of amenities including a hair dryer, Smart TV, free Netflix, and Amazon subscriptions for entertainment during your chill time. A bottle of still and sparkling water and toiletries are also provided as welcome gifts to guests. The Area It is a peaceful, quiet, leafy residential area with nearby restaurants, pubs, and good activities within a short distance. Sunbury is the home to Kempton Park Racecourse, also known as "London's Racecourse" which holds regular race meetings throughout the year. The local Queen Mary Reservoir, which was constructed in 1925, is home to a sailing club and watersports centre. London Irish Club is also located locally providing sport for local rugby fans. For foodies Sunbury-on-Thames is fairly laid back and focuses on traditional pubs and a selection of good gastropubs and restaurants. Indian Zest on Thames Street serves up modern Indian cuisine and is filled with Indian artefacts and polo memorabilia. The Magpie, situated right on the river, serves up a great selection of drinks and food, and has an amazing garden terrace so close to the river that you can moor your boat there. There are also a few delicatessens and cafes to try, including Cafe Capriccio on Green Street which offers a warm welcome and some great homemade cakes and coffees. Guest Access This is a lovely room in a ground floor flat on a residential street. You have free access to the guest room with En-suite shower and handbasin (Guest use only). Lockable from inside and outside. All our guests are welcome to roam across all common areas of the property including the kitchen and living room (all shared). The kitchen has utensils, pots, pans, glasses, cups, and electrical appliances. Feel free to make use of all the items especially the Bosh Tassimo Coffee machine for Coffee lovers (free pods provided). You are welcome to use the living room and dining table to eat, work or relax during your stay. A charge of £50 is applicable for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). Strict no-smoking policy; a minimum fee of £300 will be charged for evidence of smoking in the apartment. No parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests are allowed. Evidence of such activity may result in stay cancellation without a refund. Local authorities may be involved if required.
