The space Welcome to my apartment! Situated on the 1st floor with a lift, our two-bedroom apartment offers a comfortable stay in London's artistic district. The vibrant Broadway Market is just a short walk away, offering a variety of stalls, artisanal foods, and vintage shops. You'll find numerous dining options in the area, and transportation is convenient with nearby train stations. Immerse yourself in the creative atmosphere of E8 for a unique London experience. It is designed with an open floor plan. The living room features a large sofa, an armchair, a stool, a flat-screen TV to watch all your favourite shows, and a floor-to-ceiling door, inviting you onto a balcony, perfect for unwinding. The adjacent kitchen has essential cookware and cutleries to cook delicious homemade meals. There are two bedrooms. Both have a king-sized bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure guests sleep well. The bathroom contains all the essentials; clean towels and complimentary toiletries will also be provided for your convenience. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay! Guest access Guests will have access to the entire apartment! Our apartment is located conveniently in Lower Clapton. Key pickup is a few minutes away on foot, and we'll provide detailed instructions for a smooth check-in. Thank you for choosing our home, and we're excited to have you as our guest! Other things to note This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.). Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee. We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
