Area: The apartment is located in the absolute best part of Budapest. It is very safe, there are countless cafés, restaurants and many tourist attractions just a couple of minutes away on foot such as: Budapest Eye, St. Stephen's Basilica, Danube River. The biggest metro station (Deák Ferenc tér) is just 7 minutes walk from here. Important information: Utilities are included in the rent prices up to the average consumption defined by the Hungarian Law which is 144 m3 gas and 210 kWh electricity per month.
