You will have full access to the entire apartment and surrounding green spaces. You also have access to your own designated parking space within the gated building car park, and the visitor parking space is situated right next to yours. Check-in will be via a key safe box so that it is easier for you to arrive and depart at a more flexible time. We will be on hand to answer any questions throughout your stay, however, our helpful guidebook which is available online and at the apartment should answer any queries you might have! A quiet residential area with views of greenery, in a superb safe location. Amazing transport links are located just 8 minutes away from Solihull Train Station and 10 minutes from the M42, The NEC, and Birmingham International Airport! It is also just a short 5-minute drive into the vibrant Solihull town centre and 4 minutes from Solihull Hospital. There are local shops, pubs, and a cafe. There is a private designated parking space and excellent transport links by tr(hidden)us, or taxi. lastly: *A fully refundable security deposit of £150 is required before check-in. The money does not come out of your account - a pre-authorisation (hold) is put on the account and money is only taken out if there is damage to the property. * All guests will be required to e-sign our booking terms and conditions and upload a valid ID before check-in. * Please message us if you require a late checkout or early check-in.
