You will also be within walking distance from Birmingham's Canal Side, home to the most sought-after cafes, bars, and restaurants. With a modern design that can cater to both long and short-term stays, the apartment comes fully furnished to the highest standards with a comfortable one-bedroom setting. The living room is also equipped with a 50" Smart TV on which you can enjoy your favorite movies and series on our complimentary Netflix account. Check-out is strictly 11 am, a charge will be applied for any unauthorized late checkouts. You are responsible for any damages caused during your stay by not following house rules. You are also responsible if the damages cause any upcoming guest an inconvenience. You will be liable for any refunds given to any guests due to any negative experience caused by your damages.
