The entire space will be available to you and your group. This accommodation comes with full secure access and is cleaned to the highest standards before your arrival. There are 2 spacious bedrooms with one single bed & one double bed, able to comfortably accommodate 3 guests. This property is spacious and modern and comes with a 50" Smart TV for your entertainment. Guests can access Netflix free of charge from our account to watch their favourite TV Series and movies on demand. We provide complimentary tea and coffee for all guests. Other things to note: All guests must provide proof of Identification i.e. passport, driver's licence. All guests must respect our community guidelines: -No Parties/Gatherings that exceed the maximum number of guests - No Smoking - No extra guests Please respect the neighbours and keep the noise down after 10 pm. Check-out is strictly 11 am, a charge will be applied for any unauthorised late checkouts. You are responsible for any damages caused during your stay by not following house rules.
