If needed, it can be converted into a bed for two more people. For your entertainment, you will also find free wifi and a flat-screen TV in the apartment. Two separate bedrooms offer enough privacy even for larger groups. The fully equipped kitchen with a dining area offers you the possibility to prepare your own meals. So you are independent from restaurant opening hours. Amenities such as a coffee maker, toaster, microwave, enough dishes, and pots, as well as a dishwasher are available. In the dining room, you can plan your further Vienna vacation with your friends at the large table or on the comfortable lounge chairs. From a short shower to a relaxing bubble bath - this bathroom leaves nothing to be desired. You don't need to bring a hair dryer, iron or clothes horse. If you run out of clean clothes, there is a washing machine in the bathroom. Due to the excellent connection to the tram, you can reach the sightseeing "Rathaus" within 18 minutes. The price is for six people. For each additional person, we charge 225 Euro/month. Bei Bedarf kann es zum Bett für weitere zwei Personen umgewandelt werden. Für Deine Unterhaltung findest Du auch gratis Wlan und einen Flat-TV im Apartment. Zwei separate Schlafzimmer bieten genug Privatsphäre auch bei größeren Reisegruppen. Die voll ausgestattete Küche mit Essecke bietet Dir die Möglichkeit, Deine Speisen selbst zuzubereiten. Somit bist Du unabhängig von Restaurantöffnungszeiten. Annehmlichkeiten wir Kaffeemaschine, Toaster, Mikrowelle, genügend Geschirr und Kochtöpfe, sowie auch eine Spülmaschine stehen Dir hier zur Verfügung. Im Esszimmer kannst Du am großen Tisch oder auf den bequemen Lounge-Sesseln mit Deinen Freunden Deinen weiteren Wien-Urlaub planen. Von der kurzen Dusche bis zum entspannenden Schaumbad - dieses Badezimmer lässt keine Wünsche offen. Du brauchst keinen Fön, Bügeleisen oder Wäscheständer mitzunehmen. Sollten Dir saubere Wäsche ausgehen, steht Dir im Badezimmer eine Waschmaschine zur Verfügung. Durch die hervorragende Anbindung an die Straßenbahn kommst Du innerhalb von 18 Minuten zur Sehenswürdigkeit "Rathaus". Der Preis gilt für sechs Personen.
