The stairs to the roof top terrace are shared with the neighbours' apartment. There is no formal separation between this apartments' balcony/terrace and the neighbours balcony/terrace which requires respect for each others privacy. Having said that, our neighbours are great ! The apartment is situated in a quiet area on the border between the 17th and 18th district and has excellent links to the public transport network. Line 42 (18 minutes to the city centre and University, 7 minutes to AKH central hospital), Line 9 (20 minutes to main train station Westbahnhof) and line 15A (20 minutes to castle Schönbrunn). If you want to park your car on the streets, you need a prepaid parking voucher (eg "Easypark"). Supermarket, pharmacy and tobacconist can be reached in 2-5 minutes walking. The shopping street "Währinger Straße" and the scenic daily market "Kutschkermarkt" can be reached in 10 minutes walking. No pets and no smoking. The apartment is especially suitable for couples, for expat families that need a short-term housing or for business people who need temporary housing during their project term in Vienna.
