Located just between Solihull and Birmingham, this spacious house comes equipped with everything you need, including a pool table and a tennis table. A large living room with a corner sofa and a Smart 50" TV, already set up with a guest Netflix account, free of charge; a modern kitchen, where you can cook your meals, complimentary WiFi, bed linen and toiletries, all to ensure your comfort throughout your stay. There is off-street parking, if you arrive by car. By staying with us, you will have the entire home to yourself. Other things to note: All guests must provide proof of Identification i.e. passport, driver's licence. All guests must respect our community guidelines: -No Parties/Gatherings that exceed the maximum number of guests - No Smoking - No extra guests Please respect the neighbours and keep the noise down after 10 pm. Check-out is strictly 11 am, a charge will be applied for any unauthorised late checkouts. You are responsible for any damages caused during your stay by not following house rules. You are also responsible if the damages cause any upcoming guest an inconvenience. You will be liable for any refunds given to any guests due to any negative experience caused by your damages.
