Private loft apartment right next the Danube River Despite the small size of the apartment, we designed this flat in a way that makes it perfect for both short and long stays. The sleeping area is on a loft with a 1.6m wide bed. Living area has a couch, TV, big dining table and a huge wardrobe for all your belongings. The kitchen and the bathroom are both recently renovated with everything you'd need: oven, cooker, washing machine, dishwasher and a big fridge. Area: This apartment has the absolute best location, it is not only in the heart of the city, public transportation is also great. You can access tram line 2, 47, 49, metro line M1, M2, M3 and several buses in a couple of minutes on foot. There are plenty of restaurants, coffee shops in the area. Important information: Utilities are included in the rent prices up to the average consumption defined by the Hungarian Law which is 144 m3 gas and 210 kWh electricity per month. The tenant shall pay the cost of the extra consumption based on the reading of gas meter and electricity meter. This is a small apartment so it's very unlikely that you'll exceed the average consumption! For less than 4 months of rental, we do not request a security deposit. If you rent for 4 months or more we require 1000EUR security deposit which must be paid upon arrival. Please note that HousingAnywhere is an online booking platform.
