The house sleeps up to 12 where double-bed sharing is suitable, with no sofa beds. Two bedrooms are on the ground floor in separate parts of the house. THREE LOUNGES: TOGETHER TIME AND PERSONAL SPACE The three separate lounges are particularly helpful when members of a group keep different schedules. One person can work at the desk while others watch a film, read or enjoy the games room. There is space for a shared evening without requiring everyone to spend all their downtime together. The rear living areas have a bright, open feel, with skylights and bi-fold doors linking the house to its landscaped garden. The combination of communal space and private bedrooms suits extended families and colleagues sharing accommodation. ENTERTAINMENT IN EVERY BEDROOM Every bedroom has its own large QLED television and sound system, with Sky Sports, Sky Cinema and Netflix Premium available. ROOM LAYOUT AND GROUP SUITABILITY There are five double bedrooms with six double beds in total. One bedroom contains two double beds; each of the remaining four contains one. This can accommodate five colleagues who each want a separate bedroom, or a larger family or group of up to 12 where sharing double beds is appropriate. Please review the sleeping arrangement before requesting a booking, particularly for work groups. Two ground-floor bedrooms are positioned in separate parts of the house. The three other bedrooms require stairs. The house has two full bathrooms plus a separate WC: three bathroom facilities in total, rather than three full bathrooms. MEALS, WORK AND EVERYDAY ROUTINES The dining table seats 12, allowing your group to eat together. The kitchen has the cookware, crockery and cutlery needed for everyday self-catering, rather than relying on restaurants throughout a longer stay.
