The property features a spacious, light living room with French doors and dual aspect windows. Both double bedrooms have fitted wardrobes, and the primary bedroom includes an en suite bathroom. Entrance Hall The apartment is entered through a lobby area that provides access to the staircase leading to the first floor. A stairlift is installed for those who may need it. The lobby has high ceilings and leads upstairs to the entrance hall, which connects to the sitting room, both bedrooms, and the bathroom. The hallway includes a radiator and a double cupboard for storage and continues into the living room. Living Room The living room features double glazed French doors opening onto a west facing balcony with views of the bowling green and pavilion. The room includes TV and satellite points, multiple power sockets, an additional window for natural light, an electric fire within a surround, and a radiator. This space is open plan to the kitchen. Kitchen The kitchen offers fitted wall and base units with granite work surfaces.
