The 60 station gym features a top of the range cardiovascular suite, free weights area and functional training zone, all equipped with the latest workout tracking technology. Our tranquil holistic studio gives members access to over 15 Yoga classes per week, as well as other specialist classes such as Pilates and Group HIIT training. BLOCK Cafe within the stunning Melville Building at Royal William Yard is a relaxed cafe, offering two distinct al fresco seating areas, a stylish bar and a comfortable indoor lounge. Enjoy grab and go food - salad boxes, paninis, sandwiches + delicious home-baked cakes and pastries and arguably the best coffee in the yard, served by our friendly, welcoming team. Open Monday - Friday from 8am and 9am at the weekends.
