Need a room and interested in an alternative to student halls?Birmingham Student Housing Co-operative provides landlord-free, democratically run student housing!BSHC currently has rooms available for immediate move-in AND is taking applications for the next academic year (2025-26)Rent is 500 PCM including ALL bills and shared consumables (toilet paper, washing up liquid etc.)At BSHC we have a large 9-bedroom house, with communal living space, a fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms and a huge garden.The house does not have a landlord and is managed as a collective by all the members who live here.
