Lovely and airy, my home is a 2 bedroom apartment with a homely and modern living area. In the living room, you'll find a comfortable sofa that pulls out to a double sofa bed, and a flat-screen TV. Everything you'll need to relax and entertain yourself after a long day. The kitchen is simple and fully-equipped. Here you'll find a little dining area, as well as all the mod cons you'll need to whip up a delicious meal. You'll find that both bedrooms are furnished with a double bed, each with hotel-quality linens for your utmost comfort. If necessary, there is also a sofa-bed in the living room we can set up for you, just let us know ahead of time. For your safety, we make sure the flat is always professionally cleaned and strategically sanitized. We also provide fresh towels and free toiletries for your convenience. Other things to note Note that the flat is located in (hidden)ment This is a self-check-in property and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in anytime of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time. Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). For security purposes, there may be an additional cost to replace the locks. So, please keep your keys safe :) There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a £300 GBP smoking fee, at a minimum. We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required). If you prefer a home cooked meal, stop by Waitrose for some groceries, or the small general shop at the end of the cul de sac. Attractions in the area include, Little Venice with charming walks along the canal lined with restaurants, Hyde park within a 5-7 min walk, Kensington Palace and Gardens and Bayswater Road which are all worth a visit. Getting around The closest mainline station is Paddington (5 mins), Lancaster Gate Tube (8 mins), Bayswater Tube (10 mins), Queensway Tube (13 mins) Ubers, buses and taxis are readily available in London.
