Im looking for someone to take over my flatmate's tenancy in Acton Town until December 2025 - you can then extend it if you wish to stay at the property.Its an en-suite bedroom with shower and an enormous bed. Unfurnished except for the bed, happy to leave her desk. You will be sharing with me (not landlord). I'm tidy and calm female flatmate (Viki, 35) I work 3 days at the office and the rest from home. The property is located literally 2 minutes from Acton Town station with great links to everywhere, including Heathrow airport. Its a calm, homely and safe estate. This place will be suitable for someone who is looking for a home and not just a place to crash. It wont suit someone who likes parties at home or hectic environments. Room is available now. The reference check will need to take place upon agreement.You will need to briefly meet the landlord before the referencing process (their requirement, sorry).Monies: Rent 1,175 bills (150-180/ person, depending on season). Deposit is also required upon moving in.Looking for FEMALES (27 to 40 ideally) but open to mature people. No couples. LGBTQ welcome
