To qualify for this flat; applicants need to be earning a minimum household annual income of £22,080 and have satisfactory landlord and credit references. 1 month's rent is payable in advance. We will give you a breakdown of the initial rent monies that you need to pay in order to start your tenancy. Should your tenancy commence on or following the 15th of the month, you will be required to pay the remainder of that month in addition to the following month's rent.
