The spacious living room features a dining table, a double couch bed and a tv, perfect for relaxing in the evening, while kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries, including a washing machine, should you need it. The bedrooms are a delightful space furnished with a heavenly king-sized bed and two single beds in the second room, complete with quality linens for maximum comfort. The bathroom contains all the essentials; fresh towels and complimentary toiletries will also be provided for your convenience. The apartment is always professionally cleaned and strategically sanitized for your safety. The property is up six flights (3 floors) and has no lift. Other things to note: This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM). Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee. We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you.
