It has since been fitted with shelves and hanging space by Sharps, and it has truly been worth every penny. Another nice touch was the underfloor heating. We always hated how bulky and unattractive radiators can be, so we loved feeling the heating warming up the flat from the floor in the winter instead.As well as the flat itself having so many amazing qualities, the building has so much to offerthe friendly concierge is a lovely touch, and the rooftop garden is amazing in the summer. We often go up there for a few drinks and games of table tennis, it's been a great place to chill in the sun.Everyone in the building is extremely friendly, and we've made lots of friends here since we moved in also. We have a community Facebook page where people can ask for advice or share local news, and during lockdown, a few committees were created and are still standing strong with regular meet-ups. There is also a communal workspace downstairs, which is great if you fancy some company while you are working away from the office. If you're an animal lover, there are also a lot of cute pets frequenting the building, and people often need pet sitting! And if you have a pet or would like one, it's completely animal-friendly.We've really loved living at Leon House and planned on staying here for many years, but unfortunately, we need to move on due to personal circumstances changing.
