The living space/kitchen feel really airy as above them is just the outdoor balcony of the flat above, which isn't utilised much, and gives a sense of real privacy. With x2 equally large bedrooms, we had a perfect balance of personal space and communal space in the open plan Kitchen/Lounge. The utility room is a great bonus for washing machine/dryer and extra storage. We are best friends who have been living together but have both met partners and feel that now is the right time to move onto the next chapter.
