On the Wiedner Main Street you find several shops, supermarkets, cafes, restaurants, pharmacy and banks. Nearby are two parks and a fitness center. The apartment is on the 6th floor in a lift house. It consists of an anteroom, living-room with a dining corner, sofa, kitchen, bathroom, toilet, cleaning room and a very large bedroom. In the kitchen is fridge, oven and stove, dishwasher.
