Our professional housekeeping staff cleans and sanitises each property between each reservation, following a rigorous checklist from public health authorities and cleaning and disinfecting all high touch areas and hard surfaces. Additional items to note: - This property can be booked for a minimum duration of one month up to one year or longer. - The property may vary slightly from the photos due to recent renovations, furniture rearrangements or other. - A refundable deposit of the value of one month's rent plus charges will be required by move-in. - Utilities and expenses like water, electricity, gas, Wi-Fi, local taxes and insurance are covered by your accommodation fee as long as they do not exceed 410 per month - This property is strictly non-smoking. Parties and excessive noise will not be tolerated. - As part of the rental procedure, we may ask for documents to prove the identity of the tenants and occupation, including ID, work contract, proof of income or other. Pets* are considered for an additional fee of £60 per stay and increased damage deposit amount (+£500 in addition to the standard deposit). The number of pets should not exceed one pet per apartment per stay. Pet size should not exceed 25kg. The rental may be put to an end without refund if complaints are received from neighbours regarding excessive barking or noise from pets. *Prohibited breeds include American Pit Bull Terrier, American Bully, American Staffordshire Terrier, Staffordshire Bull Terrier or any dogs that are crossbreeds of or are related to such breeds. Wild (undomesticated) animals and any hybrids of wild animals, including wolf or coyote hybrids, are also prohibited, as are monkeys, chickens, pot belly pigs, birds, snakes, ferrets, rabbits,, and miniature horses.
