You'll also find a washing machine ready at your disposal if you wish to freshen up your clothes without having the need to take a trip to the local laundromat. The bedroom comes with a large, king-size bed lined in hotel-quality linens to ensure a good night's rest. It features a fireplace that is original to building, and also comes equipped with a large wardrobe to keep your luggage and personal belonging safely and tidily. You'll will also see it's mirrored as well, useful if you need to make any final touches to your appearance before heading out. The bathroom is small, but stylish, with a mixture of vintage and retro-inspire tiles: it comes equipped with a bath for you to soak in, and a shower head for you to wash quickly with. A toilet, sink and mirror is also standard. Fresh towels and toiletries are provided at no extra cost. Cleaning and sanitisation will be done before your anticipated arrival. Enjoy! Guest access Guests will have access to the entire home! Other things to note This is a self check-in property and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check-in anytime of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time. Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). For security purposes, there may be an additional cost to replace the locks. So, please keep your keys safe :) There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a £300 GBP smoking fee, at minimum. We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without refund) and may involve a security team to evict you.
